Job Description

Customer Sales and Service Representative responsible for meeting the revenue quota while providing excellent customer service to customers.

  • Handles combined Satellite and Telecommunication Billing Information
  • Probe and discover the needs of the customer and recommend the appropriate service using features and benefits
  • Meet sales quota and service objectives in a fast paced call center environment
  • Consult with customers to recommend and sell a variety of products and services to meet the customers’ needs

Minimum Skill Requirements
